House Watch Programs

Integrity Property Solutions offers weekly, bi-monthly or monthly house watch programs. We can customize a solution to fit your needs.

Inspection

Each visit will include a walk through inspection of your home. We will be on the lookout for any problems such as water leaks, insects, mold etc.

Maintenance

In each visit we will provide preventive maintenance functions such as running water, flushing toilets, checking all appliances, checking A/C system etc.

On-Call Services

We can be available on-call to handle any emergencies you may encounter such as alarm notification, lock out services.

Services performed during each visit

A/C Humidistat

We will verify proper settings to keep temperate and humidity at appropriate levels. Checking to make sure the system is functioning properly.

Appliances

We will verify all appliances are working properly. Ensuring there are no leaks coming from the refrigerator or dishwasher.

Doors/Windows

We will check to make sure all doors and windows are locked.

Drains

We will run water through all sinks and showers to prevent sewer gas from flowing into the home. We will also check for any leaks.

Mail/Packages

We will bring into the home any mail or packages which were left.

Prepare for Your Return

When you are scheduled to return to your home we will make sure the temperate is set to the desired temperature, the ice maker has been turned on. We can even provide for basic grocery items to be in the house when you arrive.

Toilets

Flushing each toilet on each visit will prevent the decay on any components as well as the build of of mold or mildew.

Water Stains

A thorough of examination of the ceilings in each room to see if there are any water leaks which could indicate a problem with the roof.
